You're Not Too Much

A letter to the woman who has spent her life trying to make herself smaller.

One of the moments that stays with me most often happens in the quiet after a session.

A woman opens her eyes, takes a deep breath, and says,

"I don't know why I feel everything so deeply."

My answer is almost always the same.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Maybe you've spent years believing you're "too sensitive."

Too emotional.

Too overwhelmed.

Too affected by the energy in a room.

Maybe you've learned to apologize for needing quiet.

For needing rest.

For feeling deeply.

For crying easily.

Or for simply needing more space than the people around you seem to need.

If any of that feels familiar, I want you to know something.

You are not too much.

Living in a World That Moves Too Fast

We live in a world that celebrates constant productivity.

Busyness.

Noise.

Pushing through.

Many people have learned to disconnect from their bodies just to survive.

So if you've always moved through the world a little differently...

If you've needed more quiet.

More nature.

More time to process.

More moments to simply breathe...

There is nothing wrong with that.

Your body may simply be asking for something our culture doesn't often make space for.

Sensitivity Is Not Weakness

One of the greatest gifts I've witnessed in the people I work with is their capacity to feel.

To notice.

To care.

To love deeply.

Those qualities can feel overwhelming when you don't have the support to hold them.

But they are not flaws.

They are part of what makes you beautifully human.

The goal isn't to become less sensitive.

It's to feel supported enough that your sensitivity no longer feels like something you have to fight against.

This Is Why I Created Sensory Reiki™

Over the years, I noticed that many people didn't need to be "fixed."

They needed somewhere they could finally stop holding everything together.

Somewhere their nervous system could soften.

A place they felt safe to express without judgment.

Somewhere their body didn't have to stay on high alert.

That's what inspired Sensory Reiki™.

Every session is thoughtfully guided using Reiki, gentle somatic touch, intuitive craniosacral work, sensory tools, breath and nervous system support to create an experience where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or hold it all alone.

You simply get

to BE

You Deserve to Be Held, Too

So many of the women I meet spend their lives caring for everyone else.

They're mothers.

Partners.

Caregivers.

Business owners.

Healers.

Friends.

The ones everyone else leans on.

But even the people who hold space for others deserve a place where someone is holding space for them.

You deserve that, too.

A Gentle Reminder

You don't need to become less emotional.

Less caring.

Less tender.

Less yourself.

You don't need to harden to belong.

You simply deserve spaces where your body feels safe enough to soften.

Because when that happens, something beautiful begins to unfold.

Not because you've become someone new.

But because you've remembered who you were before the world convinced you to make yourself smaller.

A Gentle Invitation

If you're longing for a place where you can simply exhale...

A place where your nervous system is supported, your body is welcomed with care, and you don't have to carry everything alone...

I'd be honored to welcome you.

Whether you're here on Maui or joining me through a Distance Reiki session, my hope is always the same:

That you leave feeling a little more like yourself and that you remember the Light you have within.
