60-minute Distance Reiki session
10-15 minute post-session integration call

We’ll begin with a brief phone conversation, disconnect while you receive your Reiki session, and reconnect afterward to discuss your experience and any insights that arose.

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can lie down without interruption.

Wear comfortable clothing, silence your phone, and allow yourself this time to simply receive.

Some clients drift into a restful, meditative state, while others remain awake throughout the session. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki.

There is nothing you need to do during your session except allow yourself to receive.

Simply rest. Your body already knows how to heal.
